This small Victorian terraced house has been restored to a very high standard. It is situated in a fairly quiet side street, in a particularly historic part of Salisbury, just off St. Ann's Street. This has been described in Pevsner's "The Buildings of England - Wiltshire" as one of the most interesting in Salisbury outside the Cathedral Close itself. The house is only a short walk from St Ann's Gate entrance to the Close and within easy reach of the market place and city centre shops.

The house has been graded 3 star by Visit Britain.

Gas central heating and gas fire - gas by meter reading (paid direct to owner). Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided for overseas visitors only. Colour TV.
