| The main Cotswold stone farmhouse at Maunditts Park is surrounded by a large, south facing, private garden with lawns, terrace and barbecue and with far reaching views across the valley. Its elegant, spacious rooms, furnished with fine antiques, offer accommodation of an exceptional standard and visitors should therefore take special care. All are welcome to use the marvellous range of sporting and games facilities which are available at Maunditts Park Farm and shared with the cottages.
These include clay pigeon shooting by arrangement, coarse and stocked trout fishing on a mile and a half stretch of the Wiltshire Avon, tennis on an excellent hard court, a large croquet area, swimming in the heated open air pool during the summer months. There is a small football pitch, a sauna and some limited exercise equipment. Alternatively spend a quiet evening in the large snooker room (N.B. children must be accompanied by an adult) either at the full size table or enjoy a quiet fireside game of chess, scrabble, bridge etc. Barbecue by the river or swimming pool on a still summer evening. Golf, horse riding, go-karting, ice skating are all available locally.

The services of a beautician(ideal for hen parties),offering facials, hairdressing,pedicures etc. and a personal trainer (aerobics) are also available (N.B. must be booked in advance).
