This is a delightful, peaceful and very comfortable, semi-detached cottage situated on the edge of the pretty Chalke Valley village of Bowerchalke, beneath the South Wiltshire Downs. It enjoys open views across down and farmland and is ideal for walking and cycling having immediate access onto a country lane, which leads up to the downs and to an old Ox Drove. The surrounding area boasts scenery of outstanding natural beauty and many pretty villages with good country pubs.

Within easy driving distance are the cathedral city of Salisbury (10 miles), the Saxon town of Shaftesbury (11 miles), and the Georgian market town of Blandford (12 miles). The New Forest is a 15 minute drive and the South Dorset coast less than one hour away.
